Publications: &#8222;Rechtsratgeber Frauen im Beruf&#8220; and co-author of &#8222;Sexualisierte Kriegsgewalt und ihre Folgen, Handbuch zur Unterst\u00fctzung traumatisierter Frauen in verschiedenen Arbeitsfeldern&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> Mahmut \u015eakar Lawyer <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2nd Chairman, lawyer born 1966 in Diyarbakir. After studying to become a teacher, he worked as a primary school teacher for 5 years. During this time, he also studied law and has been a lawyer in Turkey since 1992. From 1993-1997, Mahmut \u015eakar was chairman of the IHD branch in Diyarbakir and deputy chairman of the IHD (Human Rights Association). From 1997-1998 he was Chairman of HADEP Istanbul and from 1999-2002 General Secretary of HADEP (People&#8217;s Democratic Party).
